Car Park, Car Rental and Taxi:

Free car parking is plentiful. You can park at Harbour Street. There are also some parking spaces across the road, in front of the church (at the Bus Stop).

Tarbert Harbour:

Tarbert Harbour Authority, Harbour Office, Garvel road, Tarbert, Argyll, PA29 6TR. Harbour is one of Tarbert’s main attractions, a real yachtsman’s paradise and this ‘safe harbour’ is easily accessible through East Loch Tarbert.

A recent expansion has seen the harbour increase its number of berths and it now boasts some 600m of pontoons and 160 finger berths which provide berthing for visiting vessels of varying shapes and sizes. The harbour also offers moorings in the inner harbour, winter berthing cheaper than anywhere else in the Firth of Clyde area, fuel, gas, showers, toilets, fax, internet access, sailmaker, laundrette, fully equipped chandlery, boat valet service and much much more. There is a new walkway linking the pontoons with the village, adjacent to which is the ever evolving amenity area which currently boasts shade sails, an outdoor gym, a barbecue, a Table Tennis table and a Boules playing area.
